Willowglen Medical Toowoomba has been in the forefront of protecting our Patients and Staff from COVID-19. We started telephone screening every patient from February 2020. Our staff were abused at the time and were told that that no way was COVID -19 going travel to Toowoomba. Our precautions were justified as a patient from the cruise ship Ruby Princess died from the Corona Virus Disease 2019(COVID19) died in Toowoomba. We were practicing social distancing from the start.
