•  Fever over 38°C at the time of rash onset

•  Generalised maculopapular rash

•  Cough, runny nose (coryza), red eyes (conjunctivitis), or Koplik spots (tiny white spots inside the mouth)

Measles is highly contagious and can lead to serious complications. Early detection protects you, your family, and the wider community.
